Major Achievements during 2011-2012 ending 03/2012

142000 students covered under Pre- Matric Scholarship Scheme during the year 2011-12 as per the rates envisaged in Govt. Order No: 382-SWD of 2008 dated 29-12-2008. An amount of Rs. 1280.00 lacs incurred for the coverage of these students.

1000 students (Jammu division 800 students and Kashmir division 200 students)covered under Post- Matric Scholarship Scheme during the financial year 2011-12. An amount of Rs.90.00 lacs provided to these students under this scheme.

142000 students covered under Scholarship Scheme (ist primary -12th class) during the year 2011-12 as per the rates envisaged in Govt. Order No: 382-SWD of 2008 dated 29-12-2008. An amount of Rs. 1280.00 lacs incurred for the coverage of these students.

400 hostel inmates of six boys Pahari hostels provided free boarding/lodging, books/stationery, uniform and other facilities .An amount of Rs.88.00 lacs incurred for this purpose.
